6月27日舉行了海洋公園保育聯盟頒獎典禮2026，本年度超過700間學校參與，由去10月至今年5月經過全校師生的努力， 感恩連續第三年度在四個賽事中三個比賽中獲獎，如下: 1. 海洋公園保育聯盟最佳學校: STEAM傑出創新科技獎 (小學組) 2. 城市自然挑戰賽2026比賽: 最佳參與學校獎 (小學組) 3. 海洋公園保育聯盟傑出學校 (小學組) 本校更是唯一一間小學連續三年 “海洋公園保育聯盟最佳學校: STEAM傑出創新科技獎 (小學組)”，當日由教育局局長蔡若蓮博士親臨典禮頒獎。 恭喜培基小學，未來繼續為STEAM創新科技、保育及可持續發展目標而努力。

Our English Writing Class students delivered outstanding results in this year’s Hong Kong Young Writers Award (Creative Writing – Fiction Group 2), under the theme "New Tales of China’s Silk Road." Six students were named shortlisted winners: • Kiyo Ho (6 Faith) • Tiffany Ma (6 Faith) • Chloe Lau (6 Hope) • Emma Li (6 Honesty) • Hanna Choi (5 Love) • Abbie Sut (5 Honesty) Their creative works have been published in a book titled New Tales of China's Silk Road (Vol. 1). In addition, Oscar Chan, Yanny Cheng (both 6 Love), and Casper Lee (6 Honesty) received Honourable Mentions, while Manuel Yam (5 Love) was awarded a Participation Award.

Our English Writing Class students also achieved remarkable success in this year’s Hong Kong Budding Poet (English) Award, under the theme "Wonders of Nature." Their poems explored the beauty of mountains, rivers, and wind, earning the following honours: • Tiffany Ma (6 Faith) – Gold Award • Casper Lee (6 Honesty) – Silver Award • Emma Li (6 Honesty) – Bronze Award • Katie Cheng (5 Love) – Bronze Award • Hanna Choi (5 Love) – Bronze Award We extend our congratulations to all the awardees. Their poems will be published in an anthology by the Education Bureau of Hong Kong later this year.

Huge congratulations to our Senior Debate Team, who won the Senior 1A Grand Final against SKH St Peter’s Primary School. Casper Lee (6 Honesty), Yanny Cheng (6 Love), and Emma Li (Honesty) delivered a confident, well‑crafted performance, with Oscar (6 Love) supporting the team brilliantly as timekeeper. We’re also very proud of our Junior Debate Team, who earned Second Runner‑up in Division Junior 1B through hard work and determination. Well done to all our debaters for showing such teamwork, spirit, and skill.

五、六年級科研小組參與了第二十八屆『常識百搭』小學STEAM探究展覽比賽，主題為防災備災，在81隊參賽隊伍中、六年級科研小組獲得優異獎，題目為 (吸水寶寶)。五年級科研小組獲得嘉許獎，題目為 (Say No to Rolling Stones)。恭喜五、六年級科研小組，謝謝他們多個月來實踐科研探究而努力，同時感謝帶隊老師的教導。

J5科硏小組在由教育局主辦的第十九屆科學青苗獎中奪得2個大獎，分別為優異獎及科學家專訪獎。獲獎學生包括五信陳正賢、五愛呂予謙、梁一行、譚靖惟及五誠趙暐恆，得獎研究項目為「可食用塗層延長水果保鮮期的研究」。而科學家專訪文章會稍後刊登於香港科學青苗獎資料匯編2025/26，並可以在教育局的網頁內觀看。

本校學生參加了第五屆野外大搜查比賽，從70參賽隊隊伍中、連續4 年兩隊同時獲得金獎，學生包括五信班劉珈妤、五望班戴卓瑤、六誠班曾樂瑜、馮俊熹、李靖喬、麥恩珼，恭喜得獎的同學，亦感謝帶隊老師的指導。

Congratulations to Emma, Ellery, Casper and Ian from Class 6 Honesty. They won the Merit Prize in the Time to Talk Public Speaking Competition on May 20th. Well done!

Congratulations to Charis Cheung from J.4 Love.  She got the Merit Prize in the Upper Primary Division in the Once Upon a Book Story-telling Competition Live Unplugged Event today. Well done!

Congratulations to our English Debate Team for their outstanding achievement in the UNSDGs Debating Competition 2025/26 (Senior Division 1A).

Our talented representatives — Casper Lee and Emma Li from Class 6 Honesty, and Oscar Chan from Class 6 Love — delivered an excellent performance in the semi‑final match and have now advanced to the Grand Final.
